Most quotes hide behind words like “units” and “ironmongery”. Here's the same thing in a real kitchen, named.
Full-height larders
Floor-to-ceiling cupboards either side, so there's no dust gap above and no wasted strip of wall.
Appliance garage
Microwave, air fryer and toaster on their own shelves behind pocket doors. Shut them and the worktop looks clear.
Fridge housing
Built around your actual fridge rather than a standard gap, with a cupboard bridging over the top.
Deep pan drawers
Soft-close runners as standard. Drawers beat cupboards for anything heavy — nothing gets lost at the back.
Every one of those is in the quote. So is the strip-out, the worktop template and taking the old kitchen away.
Price this for my kitchenThe person who measures your kitchen is the person who builds it.
15 years, our own workshop in Midrand, and no commission in the middle. Kitchens go wrong in the handover — so we took the handover out.

Fitted kitchens and joinery across Johannesburg & Pretoria
Kitchen design, manufacture and installation
Andrews Kitchens designs, builds and fits kitchens from our own workshop in Midrand. Carcasses, doors, worktops, splashbacks and every last hinge, measured in your home and installed by the same hands that measured it. 15 years, a free on-site measure and 3D design, and one fixed written quote that doesn't move unless you change the brief.
More than kitchens
The same workshop builds bedroom cupboards, media walls, vanity and study desks, beds and headboards, built-in storage, laminated flooring, hung doors, ceilings and bulkheads. Bundling joinery into one job means one set of dates, one clean-up and usually a better price than booking two trades separately.
More about how we work
We work across Johannesburg & Pretoria, including Sandton, Randburg, Roodepoort, Midrand, Fourways, Bryanston, Northcliff, Soweto and surrounds. Free on-site measure and quote within 40km. Further afield is welcome — we'll agree a small call-out fee upfront.
We don't publish rates. No two kitchens are the same size, shape or finish, and a headline price that has to be walked back after a measure helps nobody. Send a photo on WhatsApp and you'll get an honest ballpark before we come out, then a fixed written price after the measure.
Plumbing and electrical work is coordinated around our dates but invoiced to you directly by the trades themselves, so you aren't paying our margin on their labour and the compliance certificate is in your own name.
